Confidentiality Agreement

1. Purpose and status

This page describes how Hero Tures Limited, trading as Hero Tyres, handles confidential information received in connection with enquiries and mobile tyre services.

Merely visiting this page does not create a mutual NDA, bind unidentified parties, or replace the Privacy Policy. A separate contractual confidentiality agreement requires identified parties, an agreed purpose and terms, and an appropriate acceptance process.

2. Information covered

Information may include non-public customer contact details, service locations, access instructions, vehicle information, private communications, quotations and relevant business or fleet arrangements. Details should be shared only to the extent needed for the enquiry or work.

This approach does not treat information as confidential merely because it is labelled that way where it is already lawfully public, independently developed without use of the disclosure, or lawfully obtained from another source without a confidentiality restriction.

3. Limited use and access

Private details should be used to understand the request, arrange and provide the agreed service, resolve related issues and meet applicable obligations. Access should be limited to personnel and authorised service providers with a genuine need to know.

Customer locations, private conversations and identifiable vehicle photographs should not be published as testimonials, social content or case studies without an appropriate separate permission and lawful basis. A booking does not itself grant that permission.

4. Necessary or required disclosure

Information may need to be shared with an authorised technician or provider for the requested work, professional advisers for a relevant issue, or an authority where disclosure is lawfully required. Only the necessary information should be disclosed.

Where disclosure is legally required, any notice to the affected party must be consistent with the law and must not obstruct a lawful process. This page does not promise secrecy against every legal requirement.

5. Care, retention and return

The operator should use appropriate safeguards, access restrictions and staff procedures. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure should be assessed and handled under the applicable obligations.

Requests to return or delete information should be considered against the purpose for holding it, applicable record-keeping requirements and the rights of others. Confidentiality does not justify retaining information indefinitely. See the Privacy Policy for retention information.

6. A separate NDA for business work

For a fleet, commercial arrangement or disclosure that requires a binding NDA, contact office@herotyres.ie before providing sensitive business material. An appropriate document should identify both parties, the information and permitted use, the period of confidentiality, permitted disclosures, return or deletion arrangements, and applicable law.

No such agreement is automatically executed by this website. Its terms should be reviewed for the particular arrangement.

7. Contact and related policies

Contact office@herotyres.ie with a confidentiality concern. Include enough information for the business to understand it, but avoid sending further sensitive material unnecessarily.

The Privacy Policy addresses personal data and individual rights. The Terms of Service addresses the service relationship. A separately executed agreement may contain additional terms.
