Terms of Service
The terms for enquiries, quotations and mobile tyre services. Read these alongside the details agreed for your own booking.
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. Business and scope
These terms are for Hero Tures Limited, trading as Hero Tyres, based in Lucan, Co. Dublin, providing a mobile service without customer-facing premises. Contact office@herotyres.ie or +353 87 214 2218.
The services are mobile tyre replacement, puncture assessment and suitable repairs, including arranged home fitting and roadside tyre visits. This is not a general emergency service, and towing or vehicle recovery is not represented as included.
2. Enquiries and confirmed bookings
Submitting a WhatsApp enquiry, emailing or viewing the website does not by itself confirm a booking, dispatch a technician or authorise payment. A booking is agreed only after the business and customer have confirmed the service, location, suitable tyre specification, availability, price and relevant terms.
The business must provide the applicable pre-contract information and booking confirmation in a durable form where required. Any additional job-specific conditions should be given before the customer commits.
3. Quotes, charges and payment
Prices are supplied for the actual request rather than generated by this website. The quote should explain the tyre cost, labour, fitting, call-out, any time-related charges and applicable tax treatment. Where a total cannot be fixed in advance, the calculation basis should be explained.
Additional work or a different tyre should be discussed and agreed before it is undertaken. Accepted payment methods and payment timing must be confirmed for the booking. This website does not take deposits or process card payments.
4. Safe access and tyre suitability
The customer should provide accurate location and vehicle details, disclose access restrictions, and have keys and any locking wheel nut key available as agreed. Work may need to be delayed, relocated or declined where access or conditions are unsafe.
A tyre must be assessed before a repair decision is made. The website does not promise that every puncture can be repaired. A proposed replacement must be appropriate for the vehicle’s requirements and available stock.
If the agreed work cannot safely proceed, any next step and possible charges must be explained consistently with the booking terms and consumer law; no automatic fee is imposed by this website.
5. Timing and availability
Call-out acceptance, tyre supply and fitting times depend on location, access, stock and technician availability. Any estimated arrival time is not a guarantee. The business should communicate relevant changes as soon as reasonably practicable.
“24/7 roadside assistance” describes the availability of the advertised tyre service, not an assurance of immediate arrival or unrestricted coverage. Call to confirm attendance for your location and tyre requirements.
6. Changes and cancellation
Contact the business promptly to request an appointment change or cancellation. Any contractual charge must have been clearly disclosed and agreed in advance and must be lawful. These terms do not create a blanket non-refundable deposit or automatic cancellation fee.
Statutory cancellation rights can apply to distance or off-premises contracts. For many service contracts made at a distance, a 14-day cancellation period applies from the date the contract is concluded. The rules depend on how the contract is made and the circumstances.
If you request work during a cancellation period, the business must explain and document the applicable consent, payment and cancellation implications before work starts. An ordinary website enquiry is not a waiver of cancellation rights. Any exception for urgently requested work must be assessed for the actual service rather than assumed for every booking.
You can notify a cancellation by a clear statement, for example by email. A model wording is: “I give notice that I cancel the following service contract: [service and booking reference], agreed on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and today’s date is [date].” Send it to the business contact shown above. The final booking process must supply any required cancellation information and form.
7. Problems, remedies and statutory rights
Contact office@herotyres.ie with the booking details and an explanation of the issue so the business can investigate. Photos may help when they can be taken safely. Nothing here prevents you from using applicable consumer remedies or contacting a competent authority.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No blanket “no refunds”, “no warranty” or similar restriction is created by these terms.
The Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission provides information about distance purchases and consumer rights.
8. Information, law and revisions
Read the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Confidentiality Agreement for the information-handling arrangements.
Irish law is intended to govern the service terms, without removing any mandatory protection available to a consumer. Updates should be dated. A later website revision does not unilaterally change the terms of a booking already agreed.
